There are many ways to invite your clients and colleagues to a conference call but these are the two most common.

  1. Inviting guests by email.
  2. Inviting guests with our "Invite" feature. It makes it easier and faster to pick the right dial in number for each of your guests.

A sample email is as follows (just replace the details in square brackets [ ] with your own details):

Hello [GUEST NAME(S)],

You are invited to join a conference call about [SUBJECT] on [DATE] at [TIME].

At that time, dial into +353 1 489 7200 if you're in Ireland

(or go to https://247meeting.com/numbers to find the nearest dial-in number to you)

and put in the PIN code [GUEST PIN CODE]# when prompted.
